Laptop was able to output to HDMI when I first bought it though from what I can tell after the first replacement they used a different motherboard.Used multiple HDMI cables and monitors.

Laptop fully up to date with the latest drivers for all components including motherboard, BIOS and GPU.Surely having the motherboard replaced twice souley for this one issue would have fixed it if it was on the hardware side? I'm starting to wonder if it's something on the software side that i've completely missed. The VGA still outputs and in some very very rare cases the HDMI is detected on my monitor for a split second. I've used multiple HDMI cables and multiple monitors but still no luck. I put the 6800 xt in, turned on the machine, got nothing. I won a newegg shuffle for a Gigabyte 6800 xt OC.

I have been using a MSI 5700 xt Gaming Pro x and it runs great, no issues. With precise tracking resolution, M6800 works well on all-type of surface. The computer was built in late February and runs great. The dual-lens tracking technology had achieved high intensity tracking capability and performs ultra-precision. I've tried everything I can from a software side to get the HDMI port to output but nothing works. Gigabyte 6800 xt Gaming OC MSI 5700 xt Pro Gaming X. In the other 2 cases they had to replace the Motherboard as the HDMI wasn't out putting. The motherboard they replaced is different at least from the BIOS boot up (might be nothing but thought i'd note it). OS : Windows 8 64bit,Windows 8 32bit,Windows 7 64bit,Windows 7 32bit,Windows 11 64bit,Windows 10 64bit,Windows 10 32bit. (RGB Fusion 2.0 included) Release Note: Support more models. In the first case they pretty much ended up replacing everything except the GPU. OS : Windows 8 64bit,Windows 8 32bit,Windows 7 64bit,Windows 7 32bit,Windows 11 64bit,Windows 10 64bit,Windows 10 32bit. I've had to contact DELL 3 times to have my M6800 fixed, first time due to the fans not working and causing over heating issues and then twice after due to the HDMI port not working. I thought I'd post here first to see if I can get any help on this issue before I contact DELL again.
